Mr. Chua joined MPIC as Vice President for Business Development in November 2021. He brings to the company 15 years of end-to-end experience in mergers and acquisitions, with broad-based experience across the Asia Pacific consumer, services, and industrial sectors. He previously worked as Senior Vice President at AG&P where he spearheaded business development transactions, development work, and fundraising initiatives for new liquefied natural gas infrastructure. His experience extended to post-investment initiatives including post-merger integration, development plan plus execution, and corporate strategic planning. Mr. Chua earned his Bachelor of Science in Management Engineering from Ateneo de Manila University where he graduated cum laude and obtained his Master of Business Administration at Institut Europeen d’ Administration des Affaires (INSEAD).
