He is also Chairman of the Board of PHINMA, Inc., He is the Vice-Chairman of PHINMA Property Holdings Corporation and Union Galvasteel Corporation. Mr. Hilado is also an Independent Director and Chairman of the Audit Committee of A. Soriano Corporation, Philex Mining Corporation, Smart Communications, Inc., Rockwell Land Corporation and Roxas Holdings Inc. He is also a Director of Seven Seas Resort and Leisure, Inc.  Digital Telecommunications Philippines, Inc. (DIGITEL), Manila Cordage Company, Beacon Property Ventures, Inc., Pueblo de Oro Development Corporation, Cebu Light Industries Phils., Inc; United Pulp and Paper Co., Inc. Phil.
