The Revised Code/Manual of Corporate Governance is the foundation of MPIC’s governance policies, which provides the responsibilities of the Board, Management and the Company to stockholders and all other stakeholders.

In compliance with the SEC Code of Corporate Governance under SEC Memorandum Circulars No. 2 Series of 2002, No. 6 Series of 2009, No. 9 Series of 2014, and No. 19 Series of 2016, the Company’s Manual of Corporate Governance was amended and submitted to the SEC on May 30, 2017.

All relevant Company policies and committee charters are annexed to the MOCG.
